Pre-Licensing Course Fee
$1595, which includes all books and other course-related expenses.
A $400.00 non-refundable deposit will be needed in order to hold a spot in a class, and the total fee payment should be paid in full by one week before the start date of the class. The deposit will count toward the total tuition cost.
Continuing Education Course Fee*
$150 per class for non Illinois Inspector Training Institute graduates.
$100 per class for Illinois Inspector Training Institute graduates.
