Make or Break Issues

Thank you very much for your work over the weekend. My lawyer and I are
now battling it out with the seller over the repairs to that roof! I
wouldn’t have even known the roof leak was a problem if you weren’t as
thorough and adamant about full access as you are! So I am deeply
thankful for the increased knowledge I now have about what I’m getting
into by purchasing this place. I am also very grateful for your
flexibility, coming out for a second inspection.
P.S. I will definitely refer you to every one of my friends and
acquaintances who are looking to purchase property!
