Hey Tom, hopefully you recall doing an home inspection for 1234 ABC street a little over a month ago. To refresh your memory, my wife Jane and I were attempting to buy a 4 bedroom townhome in a Belgravia development c1995 just west of Sheffield, across from Jonquil Park.
