Real Estate Re-Listing!

We caught a few minutes of ABC News’ Nightline last night:

Buyer Beware: Unsold Homes Are Often ‘Re-listed’

It’s a story on Real Estate agents and sellers who ‘list’ and later ‘re-list’ their house on services such as the MLS. Real Estate agents and the MLS are in business to help buyers and sellers navigate often complicated property transactions. It makes you question who is in business to serve whom if you can’t trust the ‘listing date’ provided by someone who is in business to help buyers access information.
