Real Estate Agent Challenge.
Tomacor has decided to lay down the gauntlet for the real estate community: represent your clients professionally or give up the profession. Tomacor wants responses from consumers, agents, attorneys, bankers and home buyers in rating the quality of their agent’s service. Don’t give us your agents name just the following rating:
- It was clear to me that my real estate agent was more interested in my service needs than the sale.
- During the buying process my agent showed me only those homes I was interested in.
- My agent was professional in every way.
- My agent’s agenda was more important than my purchase.
- My agent suggested we avoid buildings with clear and specific problems
- Due to my agent’s knowledge and wisdom I will recommend her again.
Clients and non-clients can respond. (hint we have been doing this for 20 years already, and think we know the answers.)
